What do I do if I run out of toner?

What do I do if the machine is jammed?

Generally the copier will have step by step instructions however if you’re still having issues please contact us.

How do I relocate my machine?

Relocating your machine is a chargeable service that must be done by an authorised technician. If you decide to move the machine yourself this is not covered in your contract if you experience any damage or issues.

Costs to move can depend on factors like distance and location issues. Contact us on 6652 6844 or complete the Order Relocation form on this page to enquire.

What type of copier do I have?

Usually this can be found on the front of the machine, near the top. It will include some letters and numbers, for example APVII3373
